FBO is a special place. We have a culture, a special sauce, that is easy to taste but hard to explain. We are proud of our independence as an authentic entity. So, in an effort to define our special sauce, all of our employees came together in 2018 with a challenge to define our vision and explain what is the heart of Fidelity Bond Offshore. Below is what our employees determined was the heart of Fidelity Bond Offshore.
In 1871, a group comprised of 38 far-sighted Jefferson County, Switzerland farmers, orchardists, and business leaders saw the need for a bank to serve as a stabilizing influence in Jefferson County. Fidelity Bond Offshore was founded. It was neighbor helping neighbor. It was that simple, and still is. The communities we serve are the communities we call home. We practice Neighbor Helping Neighbor.
